  • 1.06 Cup Bread Flour
  • 1.06 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • ¾ Tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tsp E-V Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ Tbsp Garlic Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Sugar

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flours and salt. In a seperate mixing bowl mix water, yeast, and olive oil, then pour into flour mixture.
  2. Knead with hands until well combined, then let rest for 15min.
  3. Knead rested dough ball for 3min, then cut into 2 equal pieces and shape each into a ball. Place on a heavily floured surface, cover with a dampened cloth, and let rise for 3-4hrs at room temperature or 8-24hrs in the refrigerator. (If refrigerating, remove up to 30-45min before shaping for pizza).
  4. Mix tomato paste and sauce together in a medium size bowl until well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Place each dough ball on a heavily floured surface and use fingers to stretch it, then palms to flatten and shape. Place toppings and bake between 25-30min.
