- 1 lb Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- ⅓ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Cooked White Rice

- In the crockpot, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Slice beef into strips, and place into the crockpot. Toss to coat.
- Turn crockpot on low and cook for 4-6hrs.
- When Done, in a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and liquid from cooking, pour back into crockpot, stir to mix well. Cook on low for an additional 30min to thicken up the sauce.
- Toss in the broccoli florets, then serve over rice.
